Welcome to my website. I am passionate about working with survivors of trauma. I believe each of us has within us, the ability to heal and grow from any difficulty life hands us. Sometimes we just need the presence of a caring and competent therapist to carry us through. We all desire to feel safe, seen, and supported when we are our most vulnerable selves. I would be honored to walk alongside of you on your healing path. I provide a person centered and eclectic approach to therapy. I have training and experience using DBT, ACT, Trauma-Informed CBT, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, EMDR, Brainspotting, HeartMath and Internal Family Systems therapy. I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate.
